Welcome to STEAM In the MAKING! This website highlights the partnership between Los Angeles Education Partnership (LAEP) and San Fernando Middle School in creating the school's first ever makerspace. LAEP and San Fernando Middle School are invested in providing hands-on learning activities in- and- outside the classroom. Students learn to be creative, innovative, collaborate, build and learn through making. At San Fernando Middle School making inspires future generations of scientists and engineers to be problem solvers and passionate learners, whether it happens in a Science, History, Math or English Class. Explore all that our Maker Ed program has to offer; perhaps STEAM In the MAKING will ignite your own passions too.
